Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans may change. Please read our cancellation policy carefully.
General Cancellations
• 60+ days before departure: Full refund minus a [processing fee of 10%] or [non-refundable deposit].
• 30–45 days before departure:50% refund of the total booking amount.
• 0–25 days before departure:No refund available.
Non-Refundable Services
Some services (e.g., flights, permits, certain accommodations) may be non-refundable regardless of the cancellation date. These will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
Changes & Rescheduling
• One free date change is allowed if requested at least 25 days before the original departure date, subject to availability.
No Shows
If you fail to arrive for your tour or service without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
Force Majeure
In the event of natural disasters, political unrest, or other unforeseeable circumstances, we will do our best to reschedule or offer a partial refund, but cannot guarantee full reimbursement.
Refund Processing
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–15 business days to the original method of payment.
